OWNIT MUSIC Event DJing Services
This agreement is made and entered into as of [DATE] by and between OWNIT Productions LLC, and [CUSTOMER NAME].
Services. OWNIT agrees to perform DJing services (the "Services") at the event specified by the Customer ("Event"). The Services will include playing music and providing lighting as agreed upon by the parties.
Payment. Customer agrees to pay DJ the full amount agreed upon for the Services. Payment shall be made in full upon completion of the Services. No payment will be due if the DJ does not complete the agreed upon Services.
Medical Bills. OWNIT Productions LLC is not responsible for any medical bills resulting from the music amplification and lights. (Typically venues hold insurance and permits).
Satisfaction. OWNIT is committed to providing quality Services. If Customer is not satisfied with the Services provided by OWNIT, OWNIT will work with Customer to make reasonable changes to the Services to meet Customer's satisfaction.
Guarantee. OWNIT guarantees an amazing event experience if the people are ready to have fun! DJ will use reasonable efforts to ensure the success of the Event.

Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of VA, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
